
A meeting between the leadership of the European Roads Policing Network (ROADPOL) and the top officials of the Polish Police took place at the General Police Headquarters in Warsaw.

ROADPOL was represented by the organization’s President, Elvira Zsinkai, and Secretary General, Damyan Vladinov. On behalf of the Polish Police, the meeting was attended by First Deputy Chief Commander of Police, Major General Roman Kuster, along with the leadership of the Traffic Bureau of the National Police Headquarters – Director, Superintendent Robert Koźlak, and Deputy Director, Superintendent Krzysztof Dymura, accompanied by their team.
Opportunities
The aim of the meeting was to discuss current cooperation and future initiatives aimed at improving road safety. Both parties emphasized the importance of sharing experiences and best practices between national police forces, as well as coordinating preventive actions at the European level. During the talks, particular attention was given to the continued need for joint efforts to reduce the number of road traffic casualties. One of the key topics discussed was the possibility of hosting a ROADPOL Council and Working Group meeting in Poland, planned for spring 2026.
The meeting confirmed the strong commitment of both parties to enhancing cooperation and undertaking joint initiatives to improve road safety across Europe.
