
After graduating from secondary police school in 2000, Maja Arsovska-Manov began her career as a traffic police officer. Throughout her tenure in this role she consistently received awards for her outstanding performance, earning the title of Best Traffic Policeman in the City of Skopje in both 2005 and 2006.
Maja graduated from the “Justinian I” Faculty of Law at “Kiril and Methodius” University in Skopje. After completing her undergraduate studies, she continued her education and obtained a Master’s degree in Law.
In 2007, she started working as an independent inspector in the Highway Traffic Safety Unit. By 2015, she advanced to the position of Chief Inspector of the Unit for Traffic Affairs and Prevention at the Department of Traffic Affairs within the Ministry of the Interior. In 2024, she was appointed to head the Department for Traffic Affairs of the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of North Macedonia (RNM). Upon RNM’s accession to ROADPOL in 2023, she immediately took on the role of a representative for the organization.
She is proficient in several languages and possesses strong computer skills.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Maja is a dedicated mother of four children, successfully balancing her duties as a mother to two sons and two daughters.
